Great news! Mutual of Omaha’s already easy-to-use Critical Advantage eApplication will soon be even more user-friendly. On Friday, April 15 we’ll be adding an ‘In Good Order Check’. Previously, after completing all sections of the eApplication, you would move to the HIPPA Authorization step followed by the Signature Process and Submission. Effective April 15, the enhanced flow will add a checkpoint between the HIPPA Authorization step and Submission.
