Long-Term Care Underwriting Enhancement: Statement of Good Health We are pleased to announce that effective immediately, Thrivent will no longer require a signed Statement of Good Health (SOGH) to be completed by the agent and client IF the outstanding requirements (including money) are received within 60 days of the Declaration of Insurability (DOI) being completed.
