I have been doing Long Term Care Insurance for 21 years. About nine months ago I decided to make a move, and after talking with several different companies, I decided to go with GoldenCare.

I have been doing business with GoldenCare / Jennifer Felten since 1994. In that time, I have used many of GoldenCare’s insurance products. I have attended many of their free training webinars created and put on by their in-house, professional trainer, Mark Randall. Of all the FMO’s I have conducted business with throughout the years, the GoldenCare in-house staff goes far and beyond the other FMO’s in ensuring the agent has proper understanding of how a particular product works in reality and in the client’s home. Jennifer and the GoldenCare contracting staff make getting an appointment a breeze with their easy contracting forms. Steve, in supplies, always goes out of his way to make sure I receive my supplies on time, after I have placed an order with his supply department.
I find the GoldenCare staff members easy to work with and very professional! In all the years of service I have received from them I cannot remember one time that they failed to deliver on their part of our arrangement.
I would recommend them to any agent who is looking for a very solid FMO to grow his or her insurance business through. They simply do an outstanding job.

I entered the Long Term Care Insurance business in 1988, marketing to banks, savings & loans, stock brokerage firms and financial planning organizations nationwide. My business plan was successful and my application volume began to expand, so I reasoned that it made sense for me to find a dedicated LTCI Field Marketing Organization that could offer a multiple product platform under one roof along with comprehensive back office support. That would allow me to streamline agent acquisition/licensing/support and concentrate my efforts in finding more distribution relationships rather than getting bogged down in the day to day administrative busywork that would eat up all of my time…time better spent finding new business.

It’s hard sometimes to find a person that you can call as your “go to” person and know that they will find the answer no matter what. Even if he doesn’t have the answer he will research it, and call back. Getting a return call is hard enough now a days! Jon Randall at GoldenCare has been my “go to person” for several years and I appreciate him and his team so very much. It makes our challenging industry not so frustrating. He does what he promises to do, calls back when he says he will, and really digs in to help however he can.
