Effective Friday, April 15, The Cash Value Rider will be discontinued on the Critical Advantage Portfolio in the state of Texas. Effective Date April 15, 2022 Impacted States Texas Transition Rules Critical Advantage applications in Texas with a Cash Value Rider must be signed by the customer on or before April 14, 2022 and received in the home office no later than April 19, 2022. Any applications signed after April 14, 2022 (regardless of date received) or applications received after April 19, 2022 (regardless of signed date) will not be accepted.
