Long-Term Care Time Service Update

In January, we notified you that we were experiencing delays in the processing of long-term care insurance applications. In our commitment to provide you with the quality of service you have come to expect, we have hired and trained additional case managers to ensure your business is handled properly and as quickly as possible.

We are pleased to announce that our long-term care insurance application service levels have returned to normal operating times, including face-to-face assessments and telephone interviews. Currently, we are seeing nearly 90% of telephone interviews being scheduled through our newly released text messaging process.
