Required Certification for the State of Iowa

The state of Iowa requires the completion of the education course “Introduction to Indexed Products” prior to taking applications for any Indexed Universal Life products. Please ensure a copy of the course completion certificate is submitted to Mutual of Omaha’s contracting and licensing department. When submitting an e-App in the state of Iowa you will notice a blue informational box regarding Iowa’s requirements.
