These updates include: Agent ID is now required to submit an e-App: An application can no longer proceed without a Thrivent producer code. Personal Worksheet: Premium amount from the illustration auto input to the Personal Worksheet (Form 27156). Updated HIPAA form Couples Discount: Simplified interface (removal of dropdown) + Shared Care Rider now changes when updated in illustration Membership Application: The “Church Name” field is optional New Thrivent brand featured on Printed Output / PDF of applications

Monthly modal premium factor lowered in Arizona and District of Columbia

Monthly modal premium factor lowered in Arizona and District of Columbia Effective November 20, 2020, the modal premium factor utilized to determine the monthly premium amount for EssentialLTC is being lowered in Arizona and the District of Columbia. The change will be from a current factor of .095 to a new factor of .0875. With this implementation, the monthly modal factor will now be .0875 in all states where EssentialLTC is available. Recently, you should have received our communication outlining the transition rules, implementation dates and benefit option changes to the MutualCare® Solutions Portfolio for the states of Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
