Rate increases have recently been approved in five states for the HHC5 stand-alone Home Health Care plans. Below are the impacted states and the increase percentages approved: STATE APPROVED PERCENTAGE INCREASE Louisiana 51.00% Nevada 51.00% Pennsylvania 29.00% South Carolina 20.00% Tennessee 35.00% West Virginia 51.00%   Insureds will receive notice of the increase at time of renewal.
