Customer Access Transitioning to Okta Login

Mutual of Omaha is committed to keeping your customers’ information safe. We will be transitioning the Customer Access login screen to utilize Okta technology. When your customers access Customer Access, they will be asked to log in with their username instead of email address. In addition, the log in screen will also look different, but your customers will still have the same 24/7 online access to their information. Beginning April 19, 2023, your customers will be required to change their password on Customer Access. Customer Access Now Available for Long-Term Care Policyholders

Starting June 14, 2021, Mutual of Omaha’s long-term care policyholders will be able to view and interact with valuable policy information via Customer Access. Customer Access is a great resource that allows clients to view policy information in one convenient spot, 24/7. By logging into our new long-term care insurance portal, clients have access to a variety of self-service capabilities, including viewing benefit details, obtaining policy information and initiating a claim. Encourage Customers to Update Their Email on Customer Access

Over the past several years Mutual of Omaha has made a number of enhancements to our customer-facing systems. In doing so, we’ve increased the number of email notifications sent to our customers who have an email address on file.
