The Client Interview team supports health history interviews for Life Express, Fully Underwritten Life, Priority Income Protection, Critical Advantage, and Fully Underwritten Disability Income products. (This team does not support the DI Tele-App process). Effective Monday, March 4, 2019 our client interview team, (800) 775-3000, will be open 1-hour longer Monday-Thursday and be open on Saturdays.

Although the shutdown has ended, Mutual of Omaha is committed to working with your customers as they resolve any outstanding financial issues. Grace periods for affected customers are being extended until April 25, 2019.
