Policyowner Services and Claims Phone Lines

On Thursday, July 30, 2020, our Policyowner Services and Claims departments will be having an all-employee meeting from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. CST, and will be unavailable for phone calls during this time.

We will be available on July 30th from 7:00 – 9:30 CST and from 10:30 – 5:30 CST and can be reached by calling 800-775-1000.

As a producer, you can access much of this same information in Sales Professional Access (SPA) by following these instructions:

  • Search in SPA on the Policy Information page by client’s policy number, first initial and last name – or by the last 4 digits of their social security number
  • Click on the “Customer Access” link next to the client’s name
  • This will open Customer Access in a new window
