We have been working diligently to resolve the issue however, as of today, the issue has not been resolved. What you need to know You can quote, submit, and view your cases on the dashboard as normal but your upline will not be able to view these cases. Important: The functionality of the Mutual Income Solutions e-application, quoting tool, and e-signature process is NOT impacted by this dashboard issue.
