Contracting and Appointments Service Level Improvements

We previously notified you that we were experiencing delays in the processing of Contracts and Appointments. As of December 16, 2020, we have significantly reduced our processing times and are currently working on Contracting and Appointment requests that were received between December 11 and December 13. All three of our new training classes have completed training and are actively assisting us in reducing the overall pending work. The team is continuing to work hard to reduce the backlog and is forecasting additional improvements in turnaround times over the coming weeks.
