Updated COVID-19 Underwriting Guidelines Based on the evolving COVID-19 situation it has been determined that certain COVID-19 positive individuals may only have to wait one month instead of three or six to apply for coverage. We also eliminated guidelines on negative testing and close contact exposure. The new guidelines focus on COVID-19 positive test results, symptoms and recovery.
