The commonwealth (state) of Massachusetts has revised the Medicare documents that must be left with applicants prior to completing the application. Effective April 1, 2022, the following changes are being made for Massachusetts Application documents. Important E-APP Update In order to be compliant with recent legislative changes surrounding electronic payments, the option to submit payment through E-APP will be removed after end of the business day on March 17, 2022. The update includes the removal of both one-time ACH and the mail check options for E-APP, and the credit card option for uploading a paper application.
