To: Agents selling ACE Individual Medicare Supplement policies in Wisconsin Re: Change to bonus program for ACE P&C Medicare Supplement policies Following recent guidance from the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance, ACE P&C Individual Medicare Supplement policies issued in the state of Wisconsin will no longer be eligible for the Integrity bonus program. The bonus program was as follows: After a minimum of 5 issued policies, an agent qualifies for the bonus. The bonus pays $250 per underwritten policy, $25 per open enrollee policy (excludes guarantee issue and disability business).

Effective July 1, 2024, the state of Mississippi will enforce an update telephone solicitation policy. According to the updated ruling, “An insurer or producer may not make or cause to be made a telephone solicitation for the purpose of advertising the sale or soliciting the purchase of a Medicare supplement policy or certificate”.
