Monthly Modal Premium Factor Reduced in 5 Additional States

In addition to the 41 states that already have the lower monthly modal premium factor, on 10/11/19 the monthly modal premium factor changed from .095 to .0875 in an additional 5 states: CT, DE, IN, ND, and SD. Illinois Partnership Passive Exchange

In December 2018, Mutual of Omaha announced the Illinois Partnership approval. The next phase of the process begins October 2019. Impacted customers, those with relevant policy forms and meeting state inflation protection requirements, will receive notification letters beginning mid-October.
