COVID-19 Notice for NM Residents Applying for an LTC Rider

Due to the recent spread of COVID-19, effective immediately, New Mexico is requiring an additional notice if the Long-Term Care Rider is sold with an IUL policy. The attached notice must be included and left with the client. Our Long-Term Care Rider application kits have been updated to include the new notice. If you have any New Mexico Long-Term Care Rider application packets already printed, please also include this notice. This notification impacts New Mexico only, no other states. Current policyholders in New Mexico who have an IUL policy with a Long-Term Care Rider will also be sent this notification.
