ACH payment at delivery option

Beginning April 1, your clients will have the option to pay their first premium required upon delivery of the policy by a one-time ACH transaction on NGL-EssentialLTC.com. This is only for the first premium payment when the LTCi policy is delivered to your client and it will not work for any other type of payment or policy.

NGL ACH Button imageThe payor of a policy can access the payment system by visiting NGL-EssentialLTC.com and selecting the Pay Premium button.

After selecting the button, the payor will then be taken to the following screen:

Once the policy information is submitted, the payor will be routed to a screen where they can enter their banking details and finish the payment.
