Important E-APP Update

In order to be compliant with recent legislative changes surrounding electronic payments, the option to submit payment through E-APP will be removed after end of the business day on March 17, 2022. The update includes the removal of both one-time ACH and the mail check options for E-APP, and the credit card option for uploading a paper application.

Please complete the signatures of your E-APP applications that are requesting an initial payment via one-time ACH by 5 p.m. PST on March 17. Any E-APPs left unsigned after the update will not have the option to submit a payment through the E-APP.

After the update, all mentions of step 3 being E-PAY will be removed from the E-APP and the step previously reserved for taking payments will instead reflect the beginning of the E-SIGN process. EssentialLTC applications received without premium that are approved and issued will have the premium due as a delivery requirement.
