Mutual of Omaha is committed to providing you a product portfolio that meets the needs of your clients. With this goal in mind, we have made the following changes to get your LTC policies issued efficiently. Currently, compensation is paid on LTC13 policies once premium has been collected and the policy is in force, regardless of any outstanding Post Issue Requirements (PIRs). New minimums apply for partnership policies for 2020 Connecticut Partnership: Daily Minimum Benefit of $291 for TransCare II. For older plans (see attached memo), it is $291 for Nursing Home Benefit, $145.50 for Home and Community Based Benefit.
