Reach out to your self-employed clients and discuss income protection. Disability income Insurance is the most overlooked and misunderstood of the major forms of insurance. Self-employed individuals are solely dependent on their ability to keep working. Loss of income due to an accident or sickness, even for a few months, may close the door on their dream of being a self-employed business owner.
