Updates to GoldenCare Contracting Made Easy Paperwork

The GoldenCare Contracting Made Easy packet has been updated to include changes to the Signature Authorization page. In November, our Contracting Made Easy packet was updated. Changes were made to the Signature Authorization page (page 6) of the packet. Please pay special attention to the revision date in the lower left corner when completing contracting requests. Beginning January 1, 2021, we will not accept versions of the contracting paperwork with a revision date of “1020” or older.
