Exciting News, LTC policyholders now have an enhanced experience when signing into Customer Access. Once they sign in, they will no longer need to log in to two websites to access their LTCi policy. *For any policyholders who have previously saved a link to their LTC account as their default web page they will be directed to sign in to Customer Access. More than half (53.9%) of parental support providers made payments to one parent, and 40.8% made them to two parents.
