Exciting News, LTC policyholders now have an enhanced experience when signing into Customer Access. Once they sign in, they will no longer need to log in to two websites to access their LTCi policy.
*For any policyholders who have previously saved a link to their LTC account as their default web page they will be directed to sign in to Customer Access.
Through Customer Access, policyholders will have features available to help them manage their account information such as:
- Update personal & billing information
- Enroll in automatic deduction
- Review policies or request duplicate documents
- initiate claims online
- View claim status
