Lumico MACRA Revised Outlines of Coverage
In compliance with the requirements of the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 (MACRA), the Outline of Coverage has been revised. The benefit chart has been revised to reflect Plan C and F are only available to applicants that were first eligible for Medicare before January 1, 2020.
