Disaster Relief Notification – Hurricane Harvey

Mutual of Omaha is in the process of identifying the customers affected by Hurricane Harvey, and a note will be added to the customer accounts. The grace period will be extended by 30 days on affected policies as well as a special message being added on eService. For plans providing prescription benefits, the state is requesting us to authorize payments to pharmacies for up to a 90 day supply.
