The Critical Advantage underwriting guide has been updated with the following changes: Dependent child and partner conversion option and partner continuation of insurance have been added. Email and e-App options have been added to application submission and quote sections. Collected premium on incomplete or denied applications has been changed from ‘will be refunded’ to ‘will be destroyed’.
