NGL: New Indiana Final Expense Trust, Maximum Allowable Values Clarified

NGL Final Expense Trust in Indiana Effective immediately, a new state-specific trust, the NGL Final Expense Trust, has been implemented as a replacement for the Funeral Expense Trust in Indiana. A new state-specific trust form is now available for use with the Final Expense Trust. While Funeral Expense Trust forms in Indiana will still be accepted until November 1, 2017, please begin to use the new Final Expense Trust form immediately.
