New Connecticut Applications Effective 12/7/2017 On July 1, 2017, Connecticut officially joined The Interstate Insurance Compact (Compact). With that event occurring, Gerber Life is eliminating the CT forms being used and transitioned all of the forms, applications and policies, to the Compact version. These forms are now good in 44 states and Puerto Rico. Effective 12/7/2017, Connecticut applications will be changed for all Gerber Life products except Accidental Death and Dismemberment.
