We announced the first states to approve the updated Critical Advantage application in July, 2018. Now, the new and improved application will be available in California starting April 1, 2019. Another state has approved the Critical Advantage rate decrease of 20% for current policyholders. Effective May 1, 2019, the rates for existing policyholders in Ohio will be reduced by 20%. Your current customers in Ohio will not have to do anything to get the new rates. Their premiums will be at the new 20% rate cut automatically starting on 05/01/2019. Critical Advantage℠ Has Coverage for the Whole Family

Almost everyone knows someone who has had one of the covered conditions in the Critical Advantage portfolio. Unfortunately, many of those people may be family members. All the products in the Critical Advantage portfolio offer individual, individual plus children and family coverage. Family coverage includes your client’s partner and all dependents who are under age 26. Either partner can be the primary insured on a family policy, but the premium is based on the oldest insured.
