Critical Advantage Rate Decrease for Existing Policyholders

We announced earlier this year the Critical Advantage rate decrease of 20% for new customers. Now the rate decrease will be in effect for current policyholders starting on February 1, 2019. The current customers receiving the rate decrease will not have to do anything to get the new rates. Their premiums will be at the new 20% rate cut automatically starting on 02/01/2019. We announced improvements to the Critical Advantage application in July. Now the new app will be approved in Michigan and Pennsylvania starting January 1, 2019. Continuous Improvements to New Amazon Connect Phone System

In late November, we announced our new implementation of our Amazon Connect phone system for Life and Health Service and Claims. The Call Experience visual depicts the new experience. Overall, we have been pleased with the deployment of the new phone system and have received positive feedback. As with any change, we have also received constructive feedback. New Email Notifications for Clients on Direct Bill

Beginning Thursday, December 13th, we will begin sending email notifications when a renewal premium is due for individual life and individual health customers on direct bill. There are three separate emails the customer may receive when the premium is due: An email notification 10 days prior to the premium due date. Policy Delivery Receipt Requirement Reminder (Critical Illness/Cancer)

As a reminder, a signed delivery receipt is required for all Cancer, Critical Illness, and Heart Attack and Stroke policies issued in Louisiana, South Dakota and West Virginia. The delivery receipt is included within the policy package and must be signed and returned to the home office within the 30 day delivery period.
