New Extended Client Phone Interview Hours

At Mutual of Omaha, we always want to make it easy to do business with us. That’s why thanks to the success of Automated Underwriting for Living Promise e-Applications, we were able to reallocate resources and extend our underwriting client phone interview operating hours.

The Client Interview team supports health history interviews for Life Express, Fully Underwritten Life, Priority Income Protection, Critical Advantage, and Fully Underwritten Disability Income products. (This team does not support the DI Tele-App process).

Effective Monday, March 4, 2019 our client interview team, (800) 775-3000, will be open 1-hour longer Monday-Thursday and be open on Saturdays.

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (CST)
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (CST)

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.(CST)
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (CST)
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (CST)
