The Critical Advantage underwriting guide has been updated with the following changes:
- Dependent child and partner conversion option and partner continuation of insurance have been added.
- Email and e-App options have been added to application submission and quote sections.
- Collected premium on incomplete or denied applications has been changed from ‘will be refunded’ to ‘will be destroyed’.
- Premium processing has added, no money orders, cashiers checks or collection on delivery.
- A state difference matrix has been added.
