LTC Rider, Chronic Illness Rider or Both?

Our Income Advantage IUL and Life Protection Advantage IUL policies now offer a Long-Term Care Rider in addition to an Accelerated Death Benefit for Chronic Illness Rider. In some cases, it may benefit your clients to choose both riders. Although both riders can’t be added to the same policy, your clients have the option to split a larger policy into two. And, only one application is needed – you just need to include instructions on the application regarding the client’s intent to split the policy. Take a look at the sales idea flyer to see a case study that shows

Introducing a New Producer Call Flow Using the Amazon Connect Phone System

In last week’s article, Enhancements to the New Amazon Connect Phone System, we announced an enhancement was underway that would give producers a more direct route to customer service. This new producer call flow has been implemented. Your path through the phone system now consists of only two questions. In the new experience, all callers will all be asked the same first question: ‘Please tell us if you are a policyowner, a provider, or a producer.’ You will answer with ‘Producer’. IUL Performance in the Current Markets

We always like to see clients’ policies being credited at their cap rates; however, in a down market we also like to see that your clients are protected. Down markets are often where the value proposition of an IUL product is truly revealed – they show how your client can not only experience upside potential, but also have downside protection. Our client-approved historical performance flyers for Income Advantage IUL and Life Protection Advantage IUL show how clients have received credits when the S&P 500 has been up (equivalent to the cap rate in most months), and now based on December
