CMS Medicare Star Surveys are underway

In March, April and May, your Medicare clients may be asked to participate in the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey (CAHPS), the Health Outcomes survey (HOS), or both. These surveys ask members questions about their physical and mental health, and healthcare they received from their health plan and providers. Survey results help us find out what we’re doing well and areas we can improve. For more CMS Medicare Stars information, including how you can help your clients achieve their best health, login to Producer World, click “Individual Medicare” at the top, and then click “Tools,” scroll down
