New Wisconsin Third Party Designee Notice

Effective immediately, notifications will be sent to policyholders in the state of Wisconsin and their designated third party when a new policy is issued, or when the policyholder changes their designated third party. The notice instructs the person to correct their name and address if needed, and explains their rights and duties as a designated person. A copy of the notice is also sent to the producer.
