Effective May 1, 2018, premium payment reminder emails will be sent to all individual life and health policyholders approximately 10 days prior to the withdrawal date. Previously, this email was only sent to life customers who have registered on Customer Access. Cards will be mailed in phases based on geographic locations and other factors. All existing individuals with Medicare will have their card replaced by April 2019.
