Effective immediately, the Massachusetts LTCi training requirements have been amended to no longer require producers to complete Mutual of Omaha’s company specific LTC product training. Therefore, it is no longer necessary to submit the completed Training Certification & Acknowledgement form in order sell Mutual of Omaha’s LTC products in Massachusetts. Update BCBS of Florida Rate Increase Action

We are currently in the process of raising rates on all BCBS of Florida Long Term Care insurance policies. This notice is to inform you that we have received rate approval from the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation and are implementing the rate increase activity in this state.
