A: After receiving facility care, or home health care benefits, if the insured has not received any benefits for 180 days, we will restore their benefit period to its original benefit period. This restoration of benefits is regardless of whether or not the insured has used their entire benefit period. A: When new agents submit their 1st application, this is when the background check will be initiated. Background checks usually take 3-5 business days depending on the state. Rest assured, your applications are still being processed while we wait on the background check. Once the background check is completed, an update will occur in the ARC Agent Resource Center.
