Notable News Important update regarding conversion application submissions Effective June 6, 2019, please use the state-specific application for the policy owner’s current resident state when submitting conversion applications. The application will also need to be signed in the policy owner’s current state of residence. If the policy owner resides outside the United States, use the application for the state where the original policy was issued.
