New LTC Electronic Delivery Receipt Process to be Piloted in Five States

As we continue to review and improve LTC new business processes and focus on our customers, it is important that we reinforce our requirement for timely delivery of policies. These are several states that require us to receive acknowledgement that the policy was delivered within 30 days from policy issue by obtaining a signature from the policyholder.
