New! Text messaging feature to help customers start their tele-interview
To make the underwriting process more convenient for our customers than ever before, we are excited to announce the introduction of text message notifications. In partnership with APPS, we are piloting text messages to customers who need to complete a tele-interview. The tele-interview will still need to be completed over the phone, but the text can be a helpful reminder that a tele-interview is needed, making it easy for your clients, to get in touch with an interviewer.
How will this work?
- The day after an eApp is submitted, the customer will receive a text message from our vendor partner, APPS.
- The text message will provide a link to where the customer can call APPS directly and be connected to an interviewer.
