New Connecticut Applications Effective 12/7/2017 On July 1, 2017, Connecticut officially joined The Interstate Insurance Compact (Compact). With that event occurring, Gerber Life is eliminating the CT forms being used and transitioned all of the forms, applications and policies, to the Compact version.
