MutualCare® Solutions Software Update Requires New Download
When updates were made to the MutualCare® Solutions software effective November 1, 2018, certain features and functionality was lost due to server issues.
We’ve recently experienced issues with the “Check for Updates” feature on the MutualCare Solutions Software. Unfortunately we were unable to fix this automatic update feature for any existing software installations.
The “Check for Updates” feature has been fixed in Version 3.54.0.0 and is currently available for download using the link below.
NOTE: There are no rate changes, this new version was due to the new server being used, and new expanded Partnership offerings in SD.
