Transamerica Premier Life Insurance Company will be implementing Medicare Supplement insurance premium rate changes in teh following states for new sales and in force policies. The in force policies that are impacted were originally underwritten by Transamerica Premier Life Insurance Company.

Three Scenarios to consider:
- Applications submitted and placed prior to the new rate upload date with any future effective date will receive the current rates for the first year and then will receive the rate change at the end of the 12-month guarantee period.
- Applications submitted and placed on or after the new rate upload date with a requested effective date prior to the new rate effective date will receive the current rates for the first year and then will receive the rate change at the end of the 12-month guarantee period.
- Applications submitted and placed on or after the new rate upload with a requested effective date on or after the new rate effective date will receive the new premium rates.
