Effective January 1, 2018, customers can now access their underwriting lab results from CRL or ExamOne online.
When the examiner is with your client, they will give the client instructions on how to access their results online.
This new process will eliminate the paper letter with the results. This applies to all fully underwritten Life and Disability Income policies. If you have any questions, please contact our underwriting call center at 800-715-4376.
