Change to SureBridge Product Availability in New Mexico

Effective July 2, 2021, SureBridge Supplemental products will no longer be marketed in New Mexico. The SureBridge GetWell Plans will continue to be available.

If a New Mexico customer is interested in purchasing a SureBridge supplemental product, the application MUST be completed, signed (by both the customer AND the agent) and submitted NO LATER than July 01, 2021. Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.

Current New Mexico customers with SureBridge products are not affected by this change.
