Operations updates

Updated: E-check and credit card authorization form now includes monthly payment option
You asked, and we delivered! Our e-check and credit card authorization form now includes a new authorization to draft future monthly premiums in addition to initial premium. With this update, clients only need to complete one form with their account information when you submit new business. The new form will available March 28 on FormsPipe and will be available soon for e-applications.
 
Updated: We’re making it easier to review your Daily Policy Activity emails!
As of March 22, the pending business Daily Policy Activity emails you receive from OneAmerica feature an updated format that makes it easy for you to find information fast. These emails are sent to you when there is a change or update to an outstanding policy requirement. View a sample of the new and improved format and watch your inbox for these updated emails.
 
Access March 15 interest rate changes and upcoming Guaranteed Interest Rate changes
Effective Friday, March 15, some new business interest rates for the OneAmerica® Care Solutions product suite changed. Additionally, Guaranteed Interest Rates are changing on April 1 and April 15. View the announcement for full details »
 
Good Friday closure
OneAmerica will be closed on Friday, April 19, for the Good Friday holiday. Normal operations will resume on Monday, April 22.
