Update – Voice Signature option for Lumico Med Supp apps

Effective January 1, 2024, the Voice Signature (Voice Sig) option will no longer be available for Lumico Med Supp apps.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Agents may notice some changes to the e-App to remove the Voice Sig option starting 12/19.
• This change will only impact new Med Supp apps they submit on/after 12/19.
• The Code Signature, e-Signature, and Sign Pad options will remain available for use with Med Supp customers.
